Beef on Dairy... today is Part 1 of a two-part series looking at that segment of our cattle industry. Dr. Ty Lawrence of West Texas A&M University is one of the most recognized experts on this subject. Today we will look at the factors in the dairy industry that has dairy producers cross breeding to non-dairy genetics.
